Legality of wood origin, FSC, EUTR

All manufacturers of the Holding have valid FSC certificates and certificates confirming compliance with the requirements of EUTR (Regulation No. 995/2010 of the European Parliament and Council as of 10.20.2010).

In order to help our customers from the European Union who are obliged to perform the function of the Operator to control the legality of wood origin, each manufacturer of the Holding has prepared the conformity certificates and a register of wood origin sources containing the minimum required information, the registers are updated twice a year. You can use this data to provide them to your regulatory authorities. At your request we are ready to provide the detailed information on a specific supply chain from our side and to fulfill this function the Holding has developed an internal regulation and organized information exchange with timber suppliers.

The manufacturers of the Holding buy raw wood materials in the Republic of Belarus. The certification of forest in the Republic of Belarus is performed in compliance with the FSC requirements and within the Forest Certification System of the National System of Conformity Validation of the Republic of Belarus that is approved by the Pan-European Forest Certification Council (PEFC).

Taking into account the FSC requirements as of 14 November 2018, 94.2% of the entire forest reserves were certified in the Republic of Belarus that is equal to 90 forestries - 9.027 million hectares of forest reserves out of 9.582 million hectares (the area occupied by forests).
